If you didn't receive a verification code, chances are that your carrier doesn't support shortcodes. Shortcodes are supported by all major carriers and most minor carriers. If your carrier doesn't support shortcodes, we urge you to contact them and ask that this feature be supported.
If your carrier does support shortcodes and you didn't receive a verification code, you may need to contact your carrier and ask that they enable shortcode support for your particular account.
