Welcome to Southern Utah University. This list is meant to provide you with a quick glance at some of the many digital resources you may need as a student at SUU, and to direct you to answers to any questions you may have.
Username and Password
Many University services require you to log in using your SUU network ID and password. Accounts are automatically created when you apply to SUU or are hired as an employee. The mySUU Portal contains a variety of key areas, including areas for class tools, graduation information, grades, financial services, library research tools, and more. If you need help activating your SUU network ID or resetting your password you can get help at the SUU Account Managment Page.
Canvas is the official learning management system (LMS) used at Southern Utah University, where you can view classes, grades, and any additional content provided for your classes (videos, discussion boards, etc.). You can access Canvas by logging into mySUU.
All students have access to enable an optional SUUMAIL Gmail account. Request your SUUMAIL account in the mySUU Portal. After you have set up your SUUMAIL account you can access it from the mySUU Portal.
