The Department of Education selects certain students each year for verification. Students selected for verification are required to provide additional documentation to verify that the information submitted on the FAFSA is correct.

If you are selected for verification, SUU will contact you and let you know what additional information is required. You can also check to see what other information you may lack via the mySUU Portal. If you are required to provide additional information, it is best to do so as soon as possible so your aid can be awarded to you on time. Many of the required forms that our office may ask for can be found on the forms page of the SUU Financial Aid website.
